The Objective:

To promote VALORANT’s console launch, Riot aimed to reach new and existing players by building awareness and sparking engagement within the TikTok community, with the goal to drive downloads across both PC and console players. The brief: expand the VALORANT universe and bring more players into the action.

The Solution:

A full-funnel strategy to support the launch, mapping out tailored creative solutions across pre-launch, launch, and post launch phases.

  • PreLaunch: Kicked off with a cinematic trailer designed to capture attention and build hype

  • Launch: Two Branded Effects and Branded Missions inclusive of a custom song from their soundtrack to inspire community and co-creation

  • Sustain: A custom Branded Search Hub on TikTok to enhance discoverability of VALORANT content, helping fans find the best Creator content and deepen their connection to the game.
